The Cake

Yes we celebrated our dog's first birthday, not to crazy right? He turned 1 on Jan 29th, 2010. Since I had kids before I had a dog, Mickey gets treated like, well, a dog :) BUT I couldn't pass up his birthday without doing anything. The kids and I baked Mickey a "dog" cake, edible to humans AND dog, but only made for a dog's taste buds. And we went to Target where the kids got to pick out a new toy for their "brother." Thank the Lord he has already chewed one of his squeakers to pieces :)
