Karate Kid!

Sammy earned his black belt in the Little Dragon Program! He started just before he turned 3 and finished the day after he turned 5! An added birthday present if you ask me. The instructors were sad to see him go. THANK YOU XTREME FIT for helping teach Sammy discipline, respect and self worth!

Well Sammy is just one more belt away from his Little Dragon black belt! He really loves karate! It burns some of that 4 1/2 year old energy he has!

Sammy has been doing karate now for a year and a half. He is only 2 belts away from earning his black belt in the Little Dragon Program. We are so proud that he is so close from finishing the program!
